The olives we produce are hand-picked and of the Kalamon variety. This variety is a simple olive that ripens between December and January. The olive is almond-shaped and has a color that turns dark purple. The table olives we cultivate are recognized as the most famous in the world for table consumption!
Daphne green olives come from the Chalkidiki peninsula, just a stone's throw from Mount Athos. This olive has a generous and wonderfully crunchy flesh because it is picked just at maturity. It is also rich in calcium, iron, and Omega-3 fatty acids. All good things to accompany your aperitif with your favorite ouzo.
